A fully customizable Care Plan Library is available in addition to the default frequencies provided from the RAP library based on the CMS preferred social model of care planning. This module creates, updates and prints Care Plans and associated documentation. The user can design individualized resident-specific care plans. The module also includes a feature that works in conjunction with the RAPs to ensure a triggered RAP with Care Plan is not inadvertently forgotten.
