Admit - Change of Status:


Q: I am adding a new record and the date and time are already entered.
     Can I change them?

A: This field defaults to the current date when a new change of status record
     is created but is editable to allow the data change.

Q: I am unable to edit an existing change of status record but there is no "save" button?

A: The save button is not visible if the record is from a prior closed period. Editing census records
     that have occurred in previous accounting periods.

Q: I have entered all of the insurance information for a secondary payor but when I
     exit the insurance information screen and return to the change of status screen,
     the secondary payor is still displaying None?

A: Upon returning to the change of status screen, a blank field next to the secondary payor
     field is displayed. Click the down arrow for that field and select the newly added payor.
