How do I print a specific number of resident's reports?
A:
The [Select Resident Set] option is used to allow a group of MAR reports to print at one time rather than printing individually in the PO/MAR module.

[Select Resident Set].
Highlight individual residents by holding

Q:
What are some troubleshooting steps to try when I can't print?
A:
Here are some things you can try:
- Shut down both the printer and the computer and then power back on after a minute. Try printing again.
- Check to see that you can print a Test Page, and can print from other Windows applications.
- Check that the correct printer is selected in WinCare under Reports > Printer Setup.
- Check that you have read, write, modify rights to the WinCare.ini in the Windows (or WinNt) folder.
- Check that you have full rights to the WinCare folder (C:\WinCare).
- Check that the correct/newest printer driver is loaded for the printer you are using.
- Run Disk Cleanup - temporary files can cause printing problems.
- If the printer is a laser printer, try using the LaserJet III driver. The Laserjet III driver can be installed manually without removing the existing driver.
