Uplink - Occasionally the WinCare Support Team may need a copy of your WinCare data to work on an issue you are experiencing.
WinCare uses the HIPAA compliant Hightail Uplink for receiving data from our customers.
Please only submit files through the Uplink that have been requested by the WinCare Support Team.

If the Support Team asks for a copy of your data, use the backup feature in Utilities to create a zipped backup of your data and place the created .zip file in the Uplink.
